The founder of Lock Search Group, Richard has led the company through nearly 30 years of exceptional growth. Today, Lock is the only professional Canadian search firm with offices from coast to coast, extending into the United States. Naturally, Richard invests a significant amount of time travelling to all branches of the company, including the Toronto office, where he works closely with Peter Zukow, his strategic partner on business development and management.

If you don't already know Peter, you should. Because Peter knows all the right people. As the "ringmaster" of all our offices, and with extensive recruitment experience in all industries, Peter knows exactly where to find exceptional talent and exceptional clients. He also plays a key role in providing strategic direction and business development for Lock, working closely with Richard Lock, the company founder. Paul has a great appreciation for different people, cultures and foods – something he put to great use when he taught ESL in Asia. He is a devoted husband and loving father of two children. In his spare time (which is more wishful thinking than reality), Paul plays hockey, golfs and skis. Paul excels in the practice areas of pharmaceutical, industrial, business to business and consumer packages goods. He is a graduate of Carleton University with a BA, of Algonquin College in International Business and of the University of Ottawa with an Executive MBA. When thought of by friends and colleagues, Paul is known for his hard work, high ethical standards and trustworthiness.
