The founder of Lock Search Group, Richard has led the company through nearly 30 years of exceptional growth. Today, Lock is the only professional Canadian search firm with offices from coast to coast, extending into the United States. Naturally, Richard invests a significant amount of time travelling to all branches of the company, including the Toronto office, where he works closely with Peter Zukow, his strategic partner on business development and management.

If you don't already know Peter, you should. Because Peter knows all the right people. As the "ringmaster" of all our offices, and with extensive recruitment experience in all industries, Peter knows exactly where to find exceptional talent and exceptional clients. He also plays a key role in providing strategic direction and business development for Lock, working closely with Richard Lock, the company founder. Didn't we say that Peter knows all the right people?

Just because Paul Melanson can juggle doesn't mean that he ran away to join the circus as a kid and trained to be a clown. He is funny and has travelled a lot but it’s likely a coincidence. He did start working when he was 12 and hasn’t stopped working since (he gave up the paper route last year – just got too busy). Since then, he earned his BBA with a major in Marketing and Management from Mount St. Vincent University in Halifax. He started his adult sales career in 1993 in Industrial Supply, Office Furniture, Office Equipment and has spent the last 13 years in Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics. Paul is also able to juggle his work commitments with playing hockey, soccer and coaching his kids in those sports as well. Every so often he breaks out his Most Improved Player - Atom Level hockey trophy to inspire his team mates and new clients. If you’re lucky, he might even let you hold it.
