    • You will work closely with senior executives, reporting directly into the VP’s and be an integral part in shaping their national lead generation strategies.

    • Leverage cutting-edge CRM systems and client engagement technologies to track and report the success of the organization.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
     
    • Lead and manage national lead generation programs, customer outreach programs and customer engagement.
    • Track and organize the sales pipeline across various stages of the sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft winning lead-generation strategies.
    • Optimize CRM systems and internal processes for seamless pipeline management and reporting.

    • Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for tracking and managing leads.
    • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new CRM and automation tools.

    • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an asset but not mandatory.
