The organization is seeking to add a creative Marketing Communication Specialist to its growing marketing team, that will plan, develop, and execute branding and communications initiatives that bring their solutions to life in their target market.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for crafting and implementing brand and communication strategies across various brands within the company. This position includes creating engaging content, managing an active social media presence, and ensuring cohesive messaging throughout all platforms. The perfect candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a strong background in brand development, and the skills to boost audience engagement.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Brand Management

    • Design and execute branding strategies for different brands within the organization.
    • Ensure messaging, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all communication channels.

    Content Creation and Management

    • Develop, oversee, and maintain social media profiles for all brands, delivering engaging and relevant content.
    • Create and manage editorial calendars for blogs, newsletters, and social media updates.
    • Produce top-notch content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and videos for platforms like YouTube, to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

    Social Media Engagement

    • Monitor and engage with social media audiences, fostering a welcoming and interactive online environment.
    • Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and refine social media strategies.

    Internal Communications

    • Work with internal teams to gather updates, success stories, and initiatives for inclusion in corporate communications.
    • Act as the main contact for internal communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.

    Campaigns and Projects

    • Plan and execute initiatives that strengthen brand identity and enhance customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and freelancers to create outstanding content.

    Analytics and Reporting

    • Monitor and assess the outcomes of branding and communication efforts.
    • Provide insights and suggestions to the Marketing Manager for ongoing improvement.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
    • At least 3 years of experience in communications, branding, or marketing.
    • Proven ability to manage social media channels and develop digital content.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
    • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with design applications like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
    • Experience in video content creation and familiarity with platforms like YouTube is beneficial.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively.
