Ben has the privilege of being the “chef d’orchestre” or “conductor” of the Lock Search Group team. With 11 offices in Canada and one office in Boston, Ben makes sure that things run smoothly and that client needs are both met and surpassed. Working with a team of 45 seasoned senior recruiters and recruitment associates, Ben is supported by a great team of caring individuals that spend every minute of every day matching great candidates to fantastic organizations.

Ben has been with the Lock family for over 15 years, working initially out of Montreal and now working out of the Toronto office. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, he is well-equipped to make sure everyone is focused on being exceptional.

Ben started his recruitment career in Life Sciences. He has extensive experience in managing complex recruitment projects. In the last few years, Ben has had success in managing true leadership roles (CEO, President, GM, COO, CFO) within a number of organizations.

Away from the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kathleen, daughters, Mackenzie and Madison, and dog, Shayne. He is also an avid music fan and has never shied away from a nice glass of red wine.
