With two decades of experience in sales across diverse sectors (retail, industrial, and startups), I’ve evolved from an individual contributor to building and scaling teams to achieve a common goal. The thrill of sales has always captivated me. Understanding the voice and the needs of the customer, creating value, and closing a deal – there’s almost nothing better for someone who is driven and highly competitive.
My passions changed as my career evolved. I developed an appetite for cross-functional work with stakeholders from multiple organizations. I enjoyed wearing more hats and having agency in process creation and execution. I found I experienced more joy in motivating others, company culture, change management, and empathetic leadership as time marched forward. There is a power and gravity in helping people develop and hit their own personal and professional goals.
I look forward to this chapter in my life where I can help companies find talented individuals, this is winning. Outside of my professional pursuits, I indulge in sports like hockey and baseball, attempt golf (albeit poorly), and am an avid archer. Nature beckons me, and my aspiration is to one day reside in the mountains.
