    JOB SUMMARY

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored shipping solutions to e-commerce businesses. Your strategic mindset and sales expertise will contribute to long-term partnerships and revenue expansion.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Understand e-commerce customers’ shipping needs and provide optimal solutions.
    • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities through market research.
    • Engage with prospective clients and schedule business meetings.
    • Present and demonstrate platform features to potential customers.
    • Promote products and services that align with clients’ operational goals.
    • Draft and negotiate sales contracts in compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales cycles and activities.
    • Provide valuable client feedback and conduct quarterly business reviews.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B, e-commerce, shipping spaces.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
