What you will be doing:
- Training & Education: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing education to healthcare professionals on respiratory devices and best practices.
- Technical & Clinical Support: Assist hospital staff in troubleshooting and optimizing device usage to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales representatives to drive product adoption and deliver clinical insights that enhance client engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to maximize the effectiveness of respiratory technology.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in respiratory care to provide expert-level guidance to clients.
The experience you bring:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) designation (mandatory)
- Experience in an acute care/hospital setting (ICU, ER, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and teaching abilities, with a passion for educating healthcare professionals
- Interest in medical technology and patient care innovation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and clinical teams
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
