    JOB SUMMARY

    This role is focused on managing and growing an assigned geographical area while maintaining and developing a portfolio of clients. The objective is to build long-term, professional, and profitable relationships with both existing and new business partners.

    Geography and Managed categories will depend on each candidate’s experience.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and client acquisition targets.
    • Plan and manage key meetings with clients and suppliers.
    • Introduce new high-potential products to the market.
    • Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient, accurate operations and documentation.
    • Oversee profitable transactions and support special projects.
    • Use internal tools effectively and report insights to management.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
    • International sales experience in the food industry.
    • Strong understanding of documentation, logistics, and legal frameworks related to import/export operations, particularly in the food industry.
    • Proven success in setting and achieving budgets and objectives.
    • Established network of industry contacts, including suppliers and clients.
    • Excellent communication in English - additional language knowledge is an asset.
    • Familiarity with trading operations and Assistant-level related roles.
    • Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and analytical skills.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Base salary; 90-115K depending on experience level
    • Commissions/Bonus; 25-40K/year
