Lock Search Group is thrilled to partner with an industry leader in the pharmaceutical sector to find a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.

    In this role, you'll connect with psychologists and healthcare professionals to drive growth and make an impact.

    What you will be doing:

    • Achieving territory sales targets for promoted products.
    • Effectively communicating and promoting products and services.
    • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Developing and executing a robust territory business plan to maximize opportunities and achieve results.
    • Managing your field budget strategically to optimize customer interactions and engagement.
    • Attending company meetings and participating in industry conventions to stay informed and connected.
    • Collaborating with the Medical Science Liaison and Medical Education teams to identify educational opportunities and foster advocacy.
    • Documenting and tracking all field activities in the CRM to maintain comprehensive records.

    The experience you bring:

    • Bachelor's degree (Science or Business preferred).
    • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong business acumen paired with analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Ability to travel and manage a multi-region territory effectively.
