    Bryce Delegarde of Lock Search Group is working with a proud leader in the Canadian Construction and Industrial Sector. They are looking to add a key position to their organization to lead their Alberta operation. Reporting out of Edmonton the incoming Regional Manager will have many touchpoints including sales, operations, & supply chain activities. As the Regional Manager, you will oversee and manage all provincial activities, holding full P&L accountability. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, managing branch operations, ensuring strong financial performance, and leading the Alberta team. You will define and execute growth strategies, cultivate a high-performance culture, and monitor competitive trends within the region. This role demands an experienced leader with exceptional business acumen, proven people management expertise, and a commitment to delivering operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee full P&L performance for the Alberta region.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet or exceed regional financial targets.
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    • Collaborate with outside sales to identify new business opportunities and achieve expansion goals.
    • Set and exceed sales targets in partnership with the sales team.
    • Ensure efficient branch operations, aligning with company standards and objectives.
    • Optimize resources to enhance productivity, product availability, and cost efficiency.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team focused on professional growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive talent acquisition and retention to build and maintain a motivated workforce.
    • Formulate and implement strategic growth plans for Alberta, including market expansion and operational development.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to maintain market leadership.
    • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with leadership, regional managers, and functional teams to align on company goals and initiatives.
    • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements while prioritizing workplace safety.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in preferably in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
    • 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in fasteners, industrial supplies, or similar industries.
    • Proven expertise in managing regional operations with full P&L accountability.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to boost revenue and capture new market opportunities.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
    • Lead by example with a structured, data-driven sales approach, ensuring adherence to best practices in business development, lead generation, and customer management.
    • Oversee warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to maintain seamless daily workflows and operational efficiency.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
    • Proven success in driving results and managing organizational change effectively.
    • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
