Technical Service Representative
Alberta
Are you experienced in servicing medical equipment, including installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support? If so, this opportunity may be for you!
Lock Search Group is proud to partner with a global leader in the medical field to hire a Technical Service Representative for Alberta. The successful candidate must reside in the Calgary or Edmonton area and will play a key role in ensuring reliable, high-quality service for medical equipment and solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade medical equipment at client locations
- Perform manufacturer-certified inspections and routine maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests
- Document service activities, manage parts inventory, and process work orders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, proactive communication
The experience you bring:
- Diploma (Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline preferred)
- 2+ years of technical service experience, preferably in field service
- Computer networking experience preferred
- Customer-focused and able to build positive work relations
- Effective communication skills and proficient computer skills (MS Suite)
- Overnight travel is required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to travel outside of the territory when needed
- Must have valid travel documents for US and international business travel
