    About the Company:
    Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology enterprise with a national footprint and ambitious plans for continued growth. Recent strategic acquisitions have positioned the company for significant market expansion, and they are seeking a marketing leader to spearhead the integration and build a unified brand identity.

    The Role:
    As Vice President of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive leadership team. Your mission is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that unifies recently integrated companies under one brand, amplifies market presence, and drives business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of a branding strategy to integrate multiple acquired companies under one cohesive identity.
    • Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition across diverse markets.
    • Oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including digital marketing, product marketing, communications, PR, and demand generation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and operational priorities.
    • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

    Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in technology or private equity-backed organizations.
    • Proven track record of success in integrating multiple brands into a unified identity, particularly following M&A activity.
    • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, and demand generation with measurable success.
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional leadership skills and experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
    • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
